There’s a range of coaching options to suit all, these will be tailored to fit in with your available time and budget. Whether you’re a beginner or junior, master or elite, male or female, recreational paddler or just want to get fitter in a peaceful, natural setting, instead of sweating it out in a gym contact Winning Ways.
Most paddlers need help to understand the dynamics of the stroke and what they’re trying to achieve. At Winning Ways, you’ll be shown the correct posture and stroke technique and be given the drills to help you develop this. A static kayak simulator is available along with video sessions.
